Love

and be loved
no matter what.

I see you, beautiful human.

Deep connection in your relationships brings meaning to your world. You long to fully see others—and be fully seen yourself.

Your radiant heart was made to love—and be loved.

And there’s a missing when, even surrounded by some pretty good relationships (and some pretty great people), you sense that something deeper—more fulfilling, maybe even healing, remains out of reach. Like you’re only skimming the surface of what life and love could truly be.

This longing isn’t a problem,

— it’s a portal.

Life is absolutely precious. So why wouldn’t we want more from the relationships that quite literally weave the fabric of our lives?

Right here, right now we are each living our own precious life. With our people. So how tender, how deeply connected and how real do we dare let it be?

I dared. I chose to want more — not just more pleasure, but more presence. And now, there are moments where I pause, feeling my partner’s love just by the way he looks at me or my grandchild melting into my arms, and I wonder: How did I get so lucky? But the truth is, it isn’t luck.

It’s intention.

More About Amanda

I’m a certified Somatic Sex Educator who centers the aliveness and meaning that becomes possible when we show up as more fully present and embodied lovers — to the world, ourselves, and the people we hold dear.

As a mama, grandmother, and devoted partner, I know that feeling of distance from yourself or someone you deeply care for. I also know the quiet power of a sacred interruption — the willingness to slow down with a full breath, to meet the moment, and let something more honest emerge.

This practice is a way of living.

I’ve spent nearly two decades exploring sacred intimacy, body-based healing modalities, and intentional group spaces — not to perfect a method, but to deepen my capacity for being human, with other humans.

And what I’ve found is this: what most of us long for isn’t performance, it’s to be real - about what we’re most afraid to be real about.
We want to be met in the fullness of our experience, held in love even when we fear we’re too much. We want to speak the desires we’ve tucked away, to name our needs — especially the ones that speak to our insecurities. We want the kind of sex that blows us open and makes us weep, like a healing balm for our tired bodies.

In my 1:1 and group containers, I share an emergent process — so elemental anyone can learn it — that invites you into the depth, safety, and truth our relationships are hungry for. To create moments that are medicinal. Meaningful.

Moments that change everything.

At the heart of my work is a grounded space to practice embodied ways of connection — with tenderness and devotion — as you live into the love you were made for.

My Philosophy:

The intimacy we long for doesn’t just happen.

We create it.

I know we’re tired, it’s rough out there right now. I get how much it takes in a world of screens, speed and stress to really be with our beloved ones. And maybe it’s not just our own fulfillment we long for, but the thriving of the generations to come.

Intimacy is an art, yes, but also a set of skills—a way of listening, sensing, and relating that lives in the body and flows from the heart. That’s what I teach.

Drawing from my certification in Somatic Sex Education, as well as bodywork and somatic meditation, I guide people into the direct experience of fully felt connection through simple, embodied practices that help us remember how to be with ourselves and each other more fully.

It is entirely possible to create what you desire.

Read that again.

It is entirely possible to create what you desire.

If you want an embodied knowing of yourself beyond the limitations of your mind, culture, and conditioning, this space is for you.

Through slow and careful attunement, I co-create this immersion with you—not for you—empowering your choice and voice in all areas of life.

Through agreements clearly stated and lovingly tended to, your limits (and mine) are honored, so you can drop into a solid, sensitive, relational container that can hold all of you.

Through clarifying desires for your life, we explore how you wish to infuse those intentions with tenderness, greater awareness, and pleasure.*

Through somatic practices—breath, movement, sound, and grounding touch (using The Wheel of Consent)—we nurture you as the creator of your desires, even if they’ve felt out of reach.

Through integration, you’ll gather practical ways to move forward with what matters most in your daily life.

*While we all experience pleasure in our own unique way, I also honor the limitations and apprehensions that may arise. These are not problems to fix, but intelligence to listen to—worthy of care, curiosity, and reverence.

Not sure where to start?

No matter how we work together, let’s start with an agreement.

Agreements are foundational to my work—and to how I live. They create the container we step into together, a space many have described as one of the safest they’ve ever known.

But safety is just the beginning. Clear, loving agreements also invite us to expand—into deeper truth, greater connection, and new possibilities for how we live and love.

Here are three core agreements. I make with everyone who enters one of my containers—what you can expect from me, and what I ask of you in return:

Holding
what’s shared.

Everything you share with me
is held in confidence.

Whether it’s spoken in a session, written in an email, or exchanged through a course or offering—it remains sacred and protected. If you ever ask me to collaborate with a medical or mental health provider, I’ll only do so with your written permission.

Speaking
what’s true.

We agree to be honest—even
when it’s tender.

This could be a desire, a hesitation, a fear, a compliment, or simply naming what’s alive in the moment. We practice sharing instead of shrinking, revealing instead of withholding. Because often, the thing we’re most afraid to say is the very thing that opens the door to deeper intimacy. Truth creates resonance. Aliveness. Connection.

Trusting
what unfolds.

We meet this work with
openness and care.

Like true beginners—curious, receptive, and willing to let the process move at its own pace.

We don’t rush.
We don’t force.
We trust.

Life is precious.

These hearts, these bodies, these people. This is it.

And while the world may expect us to settle for disconnection, I believe in something more. I believe in the kind of intimacy that makes us grateful to be alive. The kind that’s real, raw and deeply human.

If something in you is stirring,
I invite you to follow it.

Let’s begin—together.
